Shipping Information

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following business day. After an order is processed you will receive a confirmation email and when your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

We use the following shipping method:

  • USPS Priority Mail- Delivery in 1-3 days (After being processed)

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE- NO EXCEPTIONS

Return and Exchange Policy

We hope that you had a great experience ordering on our website. We aim to get the best quality items for you.

You may return or exchange items within 15 days from the delivery date accompanied by a sales receipt. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 15 days from delivery date. Items must be returned in saleable, unworn and unaltered condition in its original packaging. Please note that some of our pieces are unique and of limited quantity therefore an exchange for the same piece may not be possible.

If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error we may grant a partial refund. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

In order to initiate a return or exchange please send an email to Customer Service at service@ce-frommexicowithlove.com.  Do not return an item to us until you have contacted us and have been instructed to return the item.

Unless an item is returned due to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for the value of your item. We are not responsible or liable for returns that are not delivered to us or are lost in transit.

Once we approve your return the refund will be processed. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays.
